MIrtos in my heart since the first day I put my foot there! September 1976. By then no Boulevard, just sand and pebbles and big beautiful Tamarisks. This year,(thank’s to Roen,my neighbour who collected my olives and took them to the olive-press) I will enjoy my first olive-oil from my own big trees up in Gdohia. After all this years of coming and going to Crete I really feel rooted at this beautiful island. …and Mirtos being one of the pearls along the Lybian Sea! Thank’s Γουρι for pics and info!!
