Who we are
Our website address is: https://www.mirtoscrete.gr. We are a portal for the facilities in Mirtos, and it is not our intention to collect your data.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
We have two kinds of contact forms on our website: to contact MirtosCrete directly, and to contact one of the participants we represent.
If you contact us directly, we will respond in a kind manner, and when the conversation has ended, all data will be deleted. This will happen on a monthly basis. As said, we are not interested in your personal information.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
At the moment, we do not use any kind of analytics. When we choose to do so, we will inform you on this page.
Who we share your data with
Any inquiries about facilities will be forwarded to the facility you inquire. We do this per email, and every forwarded email will also be sent to you.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your contact information
All contact information will be deleted on a monthly basis.
How we protect your data
This website works on the SSL protocol. All traffic to and from the server is encrypted. There is no database on the server that holds your messages. The PCs that are used to manage this website and the email traffic, are protected with strong passwords.
What data breach procedures we have in place
The only thing we have from you, is your name and your email, and the message you sent us. These are not stored on the server, but on a local machine. Since we do not store these data for more than a month, a data breach procedure has not been implemented so far.
What third parties we receive data from
There are no third parties we receive data from.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We don’t do such a thing.
