More than 500 people<\/h2>\n

On the 24th of September, for the 5th time the World Day of Tourism was celebrated on the Main Square of Mirtos. More than 500 people attended, tourists as well as inhabitants of Mirtos and the surrounding villages.<\/p>\n

A nice treat<\/h2>\n

Returning visitors of Mirtos, who were here five times or more, were honored with a goodie-bag, containing a bottle of olive oil, a bottle of raki, the DVD \u00ab\u00a0A Glance at Yesterday\u00a0\u00bb by\u00a0Vaggelis Fragiadakis, and some other treats.<\/p>\n

An all-round musical duo<\/h2>\n

The\u00a0versatility of Gi\u00e1nnis Paximad\u00e1kis and Vagg\u00e9lis Sylig\u00e1rdos was amazing: they brought us Reb\u00e9tika, La\u00edka, Nisi\u00f3tika, Ipir\u00f3tika and Kritik\u00f3, and interacted with the dancers in a great and musical manner.<\/p>\n

We thank all the volunteers, the cooks\u00a0who made the tremendous amount of food, the organizers, the musicians and all the visitors\u00a0for an evening full of joy.<\/p>\n
