Ook Mirtos hoort daar weer bij. De blauwe vlag wordt toegekend door de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fee.global\/\">FEE<\/a> (Foundation for Evironmental Education). Het duidt aan dat strand en zee schoon en veilig zijn. Er worden enkele eisen gesteld. Zo moet het zwemwater van hoge kwaliteit zijn. Het strand moet worden schoongehouden en er moeten afvalbakken en toiletten zijn geplaatst. Verder is er reddingsmateriaal aanwezig en een EHBO post. Op het strand met een blauwe vlag, zoals in Mirtos, vind je meer informatie over de kust, de kwaliteit van het zeewater en voorlichting over natuur en milieu.<br \/>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Blauwe vlaggen op Kreta.
